Delete your Unthread data

• On your device: your progress, coins, settings and purchases' local record.
• In the cloud (Firebase): an anonymous game account and your saved progress.
• Purchase records (which product, price, order ID), linked only to the random game account ID.
• Leaderboard scores and achievements, held by Google Play Games or Game Center.
• Analytics and crash data held by Google Firebase, linked to an app instance ID, not to your name.

Open Unthread, go to Settings → Delete my data and confirm. This deletes your cloud save and game account straight away and starts the game over on that device. Purchases stay with your store account and come back on their own.

Uninstall Unthread, or clear its data (Android: Settings → Apps → Unthread → Storage → Clear data). This removes everything stored on the phone or tablet.

If you can't use the game any more, email us with the subject “Delete my Unthread data”. The game never asks for your email, so please include your Google Play Games or Game Center name and roughly when you last played, so we can find the right account. We delete the cloud account and its saved progress and reply within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm before we delete it.

• Google Play Games: manage or delete your profile and its game data in the Play Games app or your Google account settings.
• Game Center: sign out or manage your profile in your device's Settings → Game Center.
• Advertising ID: reset or delete it in your device's settings (Android) or turn off tracking (iPhone: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking).

Once your cloud account is deleted and the game is removed from your device, we keep nothing that identifies you. Purchase records stay as long as tax and consumer law require, linked only to a random ID that no longer leads to an account. Aggregated statistics that no longer relate to you may remain.
